Hand-Washing your Shoes
*Soak the laces and insoles in a small bowl with warm water and 1 tablespoon (0.52 oz)
of laundry detergent for 1 hour.
*Wash the shoes with water and 1 tbsp (0.52 oz) of laundry detergent. Scrub the
outsoles using ¼ cup (2.11 oz) of baking soda and 1 tbsp (0.52 oz) of water.
*Wring out the extra water, then place a ball of paper inside each shoe to soak up any
extra moisture. Leave them in a room temperature area to air dry.
Washing Machine your Shoes
(Machine washing is generally not recommended, because it may shorten their
lifespan)
*Remove any loose dirt from your shoes using a soft brush
*Spray stains with a carpet cleaner or an all-purpose cleaner
*Add 2 to 4 towels to the inside of the washing machine (to prevent damage to your
shoes or the drum. )
*Place the shoes, laces, and insoles in a mesh bag or an old pillowcase inside the
machine
*Add laundry detergent and wash on delicate with cold water
*Put a ball of paper in each shoe and allow them to air dry completely.

Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
